Took Sunday off as we went to Saco, Maine for the day to Funhouse Amusement Park. Monday AM 60 minute spin which consisted of 2 minutes climb @ 80 rpm and 3 min on saddle @ 100 rpm alternating entire way on 52/13 and 52/19.
