Travelled up to the Milford Dome to join Dave Dunham and Dan Verrington for a track workout. They hit the targeted 6 x 800 in 2:40 whereas I did 2 x 800 in around 2:44 and 4 x 400 in 82. It was my first track workout in well over a year. 3 warmup/2 warm down. 8 miles.

Easy 4 miles in 30:30. Very encouraged that the previous aches and pains seem to have left for the time being. I still need to utilize patience and persistence to the plan so the progress continues.
