Travelled up to the Milford Dome to join Dave Dunham and Dan Verrington for a track workout. They hit the targeted 6 x 800 in 2:40 whereas I did 2 x 800 in around 2:44 and 4 x 400 in 82. It was my first track workout in well over a year. 3 warmup/2 warm down. 8 miles.
