Saturday 9/18/10

7 AM 30 minute spin on deck knowing if I was going to race this morning that it would serve as much of my warmup as Mrs Q. was working for Toyota at Loudon racetrack. Her mother and aunt took care of the kids so I drove over to Woodbury Junior HS at 8:20 AM for a 9:00 AM start and ran about a half mile warmup. I ran 16:48 for the 5k and ran the course for a warmdown. 6.7 miles
