Saturday 9/4/10 and Sunday 9/5/10

Sat 9/4/10 No run or ride. I did mow the grass with the push mower which took 90 minutes.

Sun 9/5/10 AM 47:45 (6 miles) on Merrimack River trail w/ DD, TiVo, Andy King and Dan V.
