Sunday 11/14/10

AM Old school run after a night of celebration (baby shower). Surprisingly felt okay as I managed a 7 mile run in 52 minutes. 59 mile week.

    Looks like Club Nats are out for me. We can't seem to get a group of the old timers to go east for that. San Diego seems to be an in.
