AM quick 4 miles through the neighborhood (28 minutes) / breakfast / quicker 5 miles (I have actually measured this as 5.2) in 32:30 9 miles


VOTE THE BUMS OUT! CONTROL THE HOUSE AND THE SENATE! ANTI INCUMBENT (DEM)!

    Your state is screwed. We have openings in NE's newest RED state though!
