Monday 8/9/10
AM 45 minutes spinning...alternating 90 seconds out of saddle and on saddle up to 20 minutes then hit 100 rpm until 30 minutes then alternated again up to 35 minutes then did 5 @ 120-150 rpm for 1:00 until end with 30 second rest. MRI tonight.
