Tuesday 8/10/10

AM 60 minute spin. 5 minutes out of saddle/5 minutes on up to 30 minutes. Then 45 seconds out of saddle hitting over 90 rpm with 1:15 rest up to 40 minutes then 5 minute @ 100 rpm to 50 minutes then 30 seconds off/ 30 seconds on hitting over 90 rpm up to 55 minutes then 5 minutes easy spinning to hour.


  1. Good to see you're hitting it hard with the cross training. Any word with the MRI?

  2. Thanks, Kevin. Cycling has allowed me to stay a bit in shape and the thing I like about it is the recovery day to day is easier on the body than running everyday.
