AM 60 minute spin. 5 minutes out of saddle/5 minutes on up to 30 minutes. Then 45 seconds out of saddle hitting over 90 rpm with 1:15 rest up to 40 minutes then 5 minute @ 100 rpm to 50 minutes then 30 seconds off/ 30 seconds on hitting over 90 rpm up to 55 minutes then 5 minutes easy spinning to hour.
Good to see you're hitting it hard with the cross training. Any word with the MRI?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kevin. Cycling has allowed me to stay a bit in shape and the thing I like about it is the recovery day to day is easier on the body than running everyday.
