Wednesday 8/18/10

PM 70 minutes of spinning (1 minute @ 80 climb/3 minute spin above 100 rpm for 60 minutes) then 10 minutes easy spinning. Spoke to the doctor and he is recommending some PT for the nagging pain in my lower back. Going to start asap. I might wait to start "running" until 9/1/10.
