Thursday 3/10/11

AM Easy 60 minutes. 7.5 miles. Inside of left knee bothered me early on then the pain moved to behind knee then to hamstring. It all kind of went away by 40 minutes into the run but reappeared with 1/2 mile to go. On a scale of 1-10 (10 most severe), I would give it a 5. Bearable, but possibly dangerous to continue without evaluation.

PM 30 minute spin. Very easy. Leg feels good while on bike.


  1. i honestly have no idea why you have even bothered with your last few runs. it doesn't seem to make sense. you know you have a problem. go have it looked at man. stop doing these meaningless 7.5 mile runs and give this thing the attention it needs... it's all about running healthy...this isn't gonna get you there.

  2. I called the doctor today and have an appointment for tomorrow.
